Summary of Business:Interactions Research provides the market research insights required to know your customers, their needs, perceptions and expectations. Passionate about about how people interact with ideas, products, services and each other, our specialism is getting to the heart of what motivates people and, using these insights, helping to drive and influence real change. Our approach is perfect for delivering sustainable behaviour change in a world where it is urgently needed.
What led you to starting your business?Interactions Research was founded in 1993 by Eileen O’Connell and John Porter. Eileen and John introduced a type of research based on Personal Construct Theory (PCT), which is a practical and powerful psychological approach that helps businesses to deeply and intimately understand what their customers value and need. The company has grown from a niche start-up to offering a full suite of research services across qualitative and quantitative research.
Working in Ireland, UK and Europe, we have extensive experience in consumer and B2B research across a wide market base (utilities, energy, transport, media, PR, project and event evaluation, new products and services development), but our specialism is in the sustainability sector working on energy and transport projects with local authorities and cities across Europe.
Our connections with state-of-the-art international projects ensure that our professional staff is constantly at the forefront of social research developments.
For over 25 years, we have honed our skills working across Ireland and Europe on sustainable energy and transport projects, among others.
