Ciara McGuone, SFA Executive, outlined the key areas that businesses should focus on in order to retain their top talent and maintain a motivated workforce, focusing on HR practices, performance management and organisational culture.
Michelle Browne from the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) shared the details of the Excellence Through People model, which allows businesses to enhance performance and realise strategies through the management and development of their people.
Jim Kirwan recently returned to Ireland after 13 years in the USA. He is an organisation and employee well being speaker, coach and consultant; the creator of Get America Moving; author of the best selling book "The eXercise Factor" and a chartered fellow of CIPD. He outlined the six key ingredients required for sustainable employee and organisation well being.
