The SFA is delighted to announce the 2014 SFA Webinar series. This is a great opportunity for you to be informed about a particular area that is relevant to you and your business.

The first webinar in the 2014 series will cover the area of Managing Absenteeism and will be presented by Aisling Heaton, SFA Executive.

Attendance at work is a primary requirement for the operation of any business.  Sometimes absences can be genuine reasons and it is inevitable at some stage people will be absent from the work place.  The focus for an organisation is to reduce absenteeism and the costs associated with it.  This webinar will cover how to manage absenteeism by using certain preventative measures.
