SFA Annual Conference 2012 "Restoring Consumer Confidence"

This years Conference will focus on the need to drive domestic demand and restore consumer confidence. It will address some of the policy actions that are required to return growth to the economy and also focus on all things customer. The common denominator for all businesses is the customer, and increasing the value of each customer and obtaining new ones is critical to business success.

Delegates will gain an insight into how they can develop customer care and loyalty; what the future holds in relation to consumer needs and wants as well as the psychology of the 2012 consumer. Case studies from key business sectors will discuss how they have changed their business practices to meet their changing customers’ demands.

I am asking you to make a special effort to attend or be represented at the Conference.

We have specifically kept the conference fee to a very competitive €70 + 23% VAT for SFA/IBEC members (early bird rate) up until Friday, 8th June and €140 + 23% vat for non-members. Thereafter it is €100 + 23% Vat for members and €200 + 23% vat for non-members.
