Gilles has worked for An Post for over 10 years, and more recently is responsible for the growth of the ecommerce business under the An Post Commerce brand. Specialising in new business development and major market expansion, Gilles serves as a key member of the An Post Commerce executive team, developing sales strategies for well-known Irish and International consumer brands. Before joining An Post, Gilles worked in various manufacturing and distribution companies in Ireland and France in the areas of logistics and supply chain management.
Rowena Crowley | Head of Asset Management & Portfolio Strategy, Aviva Ireland
Rowena leads a Dublin based property team in deciding the asset management strategies for a mixed portfolio of commercial properties where she deals with property acquisitions and disposals, redevelopments and refurbishments and seeking out and implementing value add opportunities. During the past year, Rowena has worked closely with Aviva’s (Irish Property Fund) tenants throughout the Covid-19 lockdowns.

Jill & Gill is an award-winning Irish brand with a fresh approach to illustration and print across fine art, fashion and design. Last year they moved into a vacant retail unit on St Stephen’s Green with the help of Champion Green and Aviva and experienced a 90 per cent increase in new customers.
