As the economy strives to function against the backdrop of uncertainty caused by Covid-19. The unexpected lockdown of the economy in March affected every type of business from essential services having to adapt to Covid-19 protocols, employers were required to lay off and reduce the hours of employees, while office workers moved to remote working.

  • Employer’s obligations under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 should be attained during this pandemic.
