SFA Employment Law Guidelines

There is now a multitude of employment laws that small companies must adhere to when employing staff. The key message for employers irrespective of the size of their business, is to be proactive in the introduction of policies and procedures to ensure the protection of the organisation and of employee rights in the workplace, as "lack of knowledge" is no defence under the Employment Acts.


SFA Employment Law Guidelines
