Every SME should have some system in place to manage its customers and leads to ensure that everyone receives the care and attention which they require. Customer relationship management systems (CRM) have become the standard tool to achieve this within enterprise scale businesses, however they have often been viewed as excessively complicated and expensive by the SME community. In this one-day training programme we will demonstrate how to obtain the benefits of a fully functioning CRM system (including automation, customer segmentation, pipeline monitoring, automated marketing campaigns) using approaches ranging from free to paid, and from simple to feature loaded.

Participants will create their own demo CRM accounts and will work through the development of optimised sales and customer nurturing processes within the system. As part of this activity, it will also be demonstrated to the participants how to access other features of such CRM systems, enabling them to become more comfortable with such functionality.
Dr Philip Donnellan is a co-founder of Digigrow Limited. His work with clients includes the design and technical development of commercial websites and applications, the establishment of digital marketing campaigns, the establishment of business efficiency improvement and automation strategies with companies and the implementation of these strategies using technological solutions. He has delivered a range of training programmes on these topics to SMEs.
