SFA ISO accreditation

It is the established policy of the Small Firms Association to promote, defend and fight for the interest of small business.
The aim of this policy is to state that the SFA operates a Quality Management System that fully complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

All staff are directly responsible for the quality of their own work.

The Association is aware that the driving force behind any Quality Management System must commence at the top of the organisation. We therefore confirm our commitment to the operation of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

The quality management system is continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement through the use of regular Quality Audits and Management Reviews.
